  3. Timeframe: The return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the purchase. Please ensure that the item is shipped back to us within this timeframe.
  4. Shipping costs: Unless the item is faulty or there is an out-of-stock situation, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be excluded and should be covered by the customer.
  5. Condition of the merchandise: All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.
  6. Trackable shipping: We encourage you to use a trackable shipping method for your return package. Sale-Toolshop.com will not be held responsible for any lost packages sent through non-trackable mailing options.
  7. Refund process: Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your package for the refund to be processed.
