Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Here are the guidelines for returning or exchanging products purchased online from

  1. Register your request: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support with your order number and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your return or exchange. If applicable, attach a photo of the defective item.
  2. Return address: Once your return request is accepted, our Customer Support will email you the return address where you should send the item.
  3. Timeframe: The return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the purchase. Please ensure that the item is shipped back to us within this timeframe.
  4. Shipping costs: Unless the item is faulty or there is an out-of-stock situation, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be excluded and should be covered by the customer.
  5. Condition of the merchandise: All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with packaging and tags intact.
  6. Trackable shipping: We encourage you to use a trackable shipping method for your return package. will not be held responsible for any lost packages sent through non-trackable mailing options.
  7. Refund process: Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your package for the refund to be processed.
  8. Exchange process: If you requested an exchange, the exchanged items will be sent out within 7 days of our receipt of your package.
  9. Out-of-stock products: If the desired product for exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with a cash refund accordingly.
